One architectural team continues advancing plans for the Beit Hesed Facility. Another architect is working on zoning changes.

It has been over a month that we in Israel have been in almost total lockdown because of the Coronavirus. It’s amazing how things can change so rapidly and drastically over such a short period of time.

On March 27th leaders and interested people from around Israel gathered at Moshav Yad HaShamona. They came in order to hear more about the vision of the Beit Hesed as well as the latest developments.

March 10, 2019 Some weeks ago, Yad HaShmona Moshav members voted to accept in principle the business proposal of Beit Hesed. This agreement will allow the use of Moshav land and give us the ability to move forward in the building of Beit Hesed.

We have held a meeting between Beit Hesed lawyer/accountant and those of the Moshav. The meeting turned out to be very positive and much progress was made in working out a legal/financial framework for using the property. 

For the past half a year we have been holding discussions with accountants and experts in the field of senior living facilities. We have succeeded in building a business plan which will enable Beit Hesed to run efficiently in the future.
